These Terms govern your use of the Tee Off India AI Golf Performance Lab platform, mobile app and related services (the "Service"), operated from India by Tee Off India. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or a minor with verifiable parental consent, to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at sumeru@photoindia.com.

3. AI-generated content disclaimer

Swing analysis, drills, fitness, mobility and diet plans are generated by AI based on the information and media you provide. They are educational guidance only and not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional, physiotherapist, nutritionist or PGA-certified coach. Consult a qualified professional before starting any fitness, mobility or diet programme, particularly if you have injuries or medical conditions.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of swing videos, images and text you upload ("Your Content"). You grant Tee Off India a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and analyse Your Content solely to deliver the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train third-party foundation models without your explicit opt-in.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or disrupt the Service.
• Do not misuse the AI Coach to obtain medical, legal or financial advice.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws when using the Service.

6. Payments and early access

Founding-member early access is provided free of charge during the launch phase. Future paid plans, if introduced, will be priced in Indian Rupees (INR) and will be subject to a separate subscription agreement notified to you in advance.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Tee Off India is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including injury arising from following AI-generated drills, workouts or diet plans without consulting a qualified professional.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
